Returns Eligibility

Qualified items can be returned within 14 days upon delivery. Any return request submitted after the time limit will not be accepted.

Return Requirements

Items must be unworn, undamaged and unaltered, returned with original packaging and all tags attached.

• A receipt or proof of purchase must be included in your return package.

Return Address

All returned items must be shipped to our designated return address.

Inspection & Refund

We will inspect all returned parcels upon receipt. Refunds will only be processed if the goods are intact and resalable.
If your return is approved, a 20% processing fee and the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Funds will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow extra time for your bank or card issuer to process the transaction.

Shipping Policy

Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for safe delivery.

Return Procedure

1.Please email fsboxin@foxmail.com to request a return authorization.

2. Once approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

3. Returns sent back without prior authorization will be rejected.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
